New update! Geometra - v5.0.12

We’re rolling out version 5.0.12 for Geometra and remain committed to continuously adding small features, improvements, and fixing bugs and oddities. There are two major features in this version that we want to highlight:

First, we’ve added the ability to export your template rows to a CSV file. This allows you to open and edit the contents with Excel or a similar application. After making your changes, you can re-upload the same file, and Geometra will apply the updates to the matching rows.

The second big feature is the ability to share templates with other users outside your organisation via our "Control Codes." These codes allow you to take a snapshot of a template and send it to someone else, who can recreate the template and all its associated data by pasting the code into the template import function.

Features

[2657] A filled or partially filled ruler icon will now appear next to files with scales placed on any page. A partial icon indicates that some pages have a scale set.

[2676] Users can now lock templates to prevent accidental changes.

[2694] A new export option, "Export sum per folder (selection)," has been added.

[2399] Users can now export template rows to CSV and import them back, updating any changes made in the CSV.

[2700] Users can now share templates by right-clicking and selecting “share control code.” Other users can then import this code to recreate the template.

Improvements

Bug fixes

[2711] Fixed a bug where control folders didn’t work properly in some cases after refreshing the page.

[2720] Fixed a bug where drive and estimate structure templates didn’t display correctly in the list after creating a new template.

[2722] Fixed a bug that prevented the use of the & character when exporting.

[2723] Fixed the incorrect order of columns in template section where Chapter and Segment had switched places.
